BRONTE: Hi there! My name is Bronte and I’m super keen for you (yes YOU!) to join an English Conversation Group. I would be even more thrilled if you joined the Monday 2pm group that I have the privilege of co-facilitating :) I am studying a Bachelor of Psychology and I am passionate about working with kids and making sure their voices are heard. I have been at university for a total of five years and know that it can be really daunting at times. My hope is that this group will be a place where we can all get together, make new friends and encourage each other for the week ahead! Our ECG will be a fun and (hopefully!) relaxing time in amongst our studies, in which all will be welcome to share thoughts and ideas whilst practising speaking English. Although I have lived in Australia my whole life, I am still baffled by some of the lingo so I hope we can all laugh about the ridiculous slang Australians use together!! I am excited to meet you all and hope you can make it!
NICOLE: Hi! My name is Nic, I am currently studying a Master of Teaching to become a high school art teacher. I have completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts, during which i studied Drawing, Printmaking and Art History. I am looking forward to these conversation groups to get to meet and know everyone :)
