We are launching our team as part of the 2020 Push-Up Challenge that raises awareness and funds for mental health, in particular Headspace.
 
The challenge is super simple, between May 11th and May 31st (21 Days) you just need to complete 3046 push ups!! That's only 145 and a bit a day. Not keen on push ups? Then challenge yourself in a different way, do sit ups, squats, star jumps whatever you are comfortable with.
 
To Join our team you just need to sign up at the following link - https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/team/2178-western-sydney-uni and then start preparing for May 11th. Did i mention that it also completely free (baring any donation you choose to make).
 
So get involved in this fantastic challenge and lets #pushforbetter together to help raise awareness and much needed funds, especially during this time of uncertainty and isolation.

HOW IT WORKS

Complete your push-ups any time and any place, as long as you meet the daily target.

Each day, the target number of push-ups to complete will reflect a different statistic to do with mental health in Australia.

For example, 45 push-ups to recognise the percentage of Australians who will experience a mental health condition over their lifetime.

Over the course of 21-days you'll be challenged to complete 3,046 push-ups in total, representing the number of lives lost in Australia to suicide in 2018. Together, we can make a real difference.
