Join us for an invigorating Fitness session

At home workout done with bodyweight and a exercise band. You can get an exercise band from Kmart, $6 for a light band and $10 for a medium. Kmart also have exercise mats for $5-20 for those who would like to purchase one. Be prepared to break a sweat and challenge yourself for a fitter and healthier you. 

Sessions will be run by WSU student Dylan:

Hi guys, I'm Dylan! I'm 25 years old, started PT when I was 18 and started my own business as a PT at 19 years old. I spend most of my time being active between workouts, Hockey, Mountain biking or playing with the dog when not working or doing uni work. I encourage people to live a fitter, healthier and pain free lifestyle.
