Free Yoga @Hawkesbury Campus

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session right here on campus! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is designed to help you unwind. The class will be led by a certified instructor who will guide you through a range of exercises to enhance your physical and mental well-being. It's a perfect way to de-stress, improve flexibility, balance, and connect with fellow students and staff.
