Details

This is a Mental Health First Aid program for everyone willing to participate in this event. This training will teach you how to provide initial support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until professional help is received or the crisis is resolved.

The sessions will run from 8.30am-5pm on both days.
