A little about this mentor:

Hello everyone! My name is Cynthia and I am a Social Work student in WSU. I am from Penang, Malaysia and I have been here for a year. I am turning 24 this year. As I already know what it's like to start over in a new country and to figure things out on my own, I would like to help other students who are settling down here (especially those who are social work students or Malaysian students) so they won't feel as lost as I was back when I first arrived here. This would also be a good opportunity to put my social work skills into practice and meet new people and to be more empathetic! My hobbies during my free time (If I ever have one) include shopping, cafe hopping, watching animes, korean drama and movies.

This mentor speaks the following languages: English, Malay
