Formula SAE - Events Meeting

Join us for our weekly Events department meetings, held every Monday! These meetings are run in a hybrid format, with in-person attendance at Parramatta City preferred. 🗓️

Each session is an opportunity for the Events Team to plan and collaborate to execute events that showcase the spirit and operations of Western Sydney Formula SAE. These meetings are primarily intended for current Competing Team Members within in the Events Department. 💫

If you're a Club Member who isn't currently on our Competing Team but are interested in joining the Events Department, you're welcome to express your interest by filling out our Expression of Interest (EOI) form. We’ll be in touch during our next round of recruitment.
