Integrated Care Challenge 2025 (held in association with University of Portsmouth, UK)
Details
WHAT IS IT? The Integrated Care Challenge is a competitive, professional experience where students across health disciplines work as an inter professional health care team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will be allocated to an inter professional team with students from other disciplines at Western and Uni of Portsmouth. You'll have access to a special vUWS site and, with a mentor, you'll develop a management plan in response to a ‘real’ client with complex needs. The total commitment is approximately 6 hours across four weeks for meetings and planning. You should be available for the final event on TBC where your team will present your health plan to the judges.
AM I ELIGIBLE? If you are enrolled in the final year of your degree or the second to final year of your degree (2nd year in a 3 year degree) and you are studying a health related discipline, you are eligible.
