The Hawkesbury Social Sport Club, in collaboration with the Hawkesbury Student Representative, is excited to host a leather Ball Cricket Tournament @Hawkesbury! Get your teams ready for an action-packed knockout competition! This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills, engage in some friendly competition, connect with fellow like-minded people, and win some memorable and exiting prizes.

Event Details:
📅 Date: 29th June & 06th July 2025 (both Sundays)
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM onwards

🏆 Format: T20 Knockout (or maybe T10 depending on the no. of teams and time permitting)

Registration Information:
✔ Deadline to Register: 16th June 2025
✔ How to Register: Ask your Captain/Manager to Register on WESTERNLife as a team. And all the players need to register as spectators/player.
✔ Entry Fee: No registration fee

Important Information:
🏏 Balls will be provided by the organizers.
📜 Standard T20 international rules will apply.
📝 All WESTERNLife members are eligible and must register via WESTERNLife.
🏏 The registered teams can have a maximum of 15 players and the Team captain will be asked to submit the names of Playing eleven in written before the start of each match.
🏏 The Team Managers should ensure that once the team has been registered to the event, all the players should also be individually registered as a spectator/player on WESTERNLife.
🏏The fixtures of the matches will be communicated to the teams before the start of the tournament, based on the number of teams participating in the tournament.
🏏 Teams must bring their own cricket kits.
👕 Uniforms are preferred for all teams. White coloured uniforms not allowed.
📲 Scoring will be done via the CricHeroes app – teams must submit their team link with complete player details from the app.
⚖️ Umpires’ decision will be final, and in case of any dispute, organizers will have the final say.
🛡️ Protective equipment is mandatory – no player will be allowed to play without proper cricket gear.
📲 By registering, the teams (including their players) give their consent to publish the pictures and videos taken during the event. Although, they can be exempted upon request to the organizers.
🏏 All students are welcome to attend and cheer for the players!
🍽️ Refreshments (energy drinks) will be provided by the club.
🏆 The final will be played on Sunday, 06th July 2025 at 10:00 am at Hawkesbury Cricket ground.

🏆 🏅 Prizes Await! 🏅 🏆
The Champion team will get a trophy, and individual players will receive their Gold medals at the prize distribution function on Sunday, 06th July 2025 at 5:30 pm. The players of Runner-up team will also receive Silver medals. Man of the Match for each match will also be awarded with a Man of the Match medal.
