You've attended the MATES New Mentor Induction Training and submitted your Mentor Profile details for your Mentor Group event on Western LIfe. What's Next?

This catch-up will provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about hosting your first mentoring session and establishing successful relationships with your group members. There will also be time to go over the key expectations of your role as a peer leader representing MATES at Western Sydney University. We will discuss the different ways MATES supports you every step of the way during your mentoring journey, so checking in when you need to is easy and can provide the support you need, when you need it.

Attendance at these events are optional, but highly recommended for new mentors and experienced mentors who have questions relating to hosting the weekly mentoring sessions and managing communications with mentees.
