Students, staff, alumni, and community—everyone’s welcome!
Join us for our WSU Clothes and Resources Swap. Our swap event is all about rethinking how we share, care, and show up for each other in the face of climate crisis and everyday inequality.

This is more than a swap. It’s an act of resistance against fast fashion, rising living costs, and throwaway culture. It’s about community, connection, and making campus a place where everyone belongs.

What to bring:

Clothes, books, homewares, and study resources—anything in good condition that someone else could use.

Bring up to 10 quality items to swap.

Can’t bring anything? Still come along, we’ve got plenty to go around.

What’s happening on the day:

👚Swap Zone (clothes, books, plants, household & study stuff)

🥗 Lunch and Learn: Generative AI and Climate Justice (register here: https://au.cglink.me/2ih/r73236)

🧵 DIY + Mending workshops

💬 Space to connect, reflect, and imagine alternatives together

Come as you are. Bring what you can. Leave with something useful, something joyful, or both.

Organised by the Festival of Action team, with Environment Collective, Women’s Collective, Creative Society, Inclusive Communities, Young and Resilient Research Centre, Community Care Kitchen, Western Sydney Creative and Western Sydney University Library.

With thanks to the Pro-Vost Parramatta South Committee, Student Community, Student Success, and Western Sydney Creative for funding and support.

We acknowledge that this event takes place on the unceded lands of the Burramattagal people of the Dharug Nation. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
