A little about this mentor:
Hey, I'm Ridita! I'm a social work student who's all about mental health, community support and helping people through life's ups and downs. I picked social work because I want to make a real difference helping people through their tough days and cheering on their wins, big or small. Uni's wild, no lie , and sometimes it feels like you're juggling flaming torches while riding a unicycle. That's where I come in. As a MATES mentor, I'm here to drop the real talk, share the best study hacks, and help you handle stress without losing your cool. Whether you need advice on staying motivated, balancing life and study, or just someone to remind you it's okay to not have it all figured out yet, I got you. Plus, I'm all about creating a chill, judgment-free space where you can be 100% yourself and still glow up academically and personally. Outside uni, you'll catch me vibing to good music, learning random facts, and leveling up every day.
A little about their culture: Coming from a Bangladeshi background, I value community, empathy, and bringing people together. It's a big part of how I support others at uni.
