A little about this mentor:

Hello! Xin chao! I'm Quinn, an international student from Vietnam, currently studying a Bachelor of Business at WSU.    When I first arrived in Australia, everything felt so overwhelming, from adapting to a new country and a different university system, to approaching new study methods, and managing my time independently. Those first days weren't easy, and I understand how challenging the transition can be.    For this reason, in my session, I would love to share my experiences and tips to help you get a smooth start at university. We can talk about university services and resources, effective study methods, time management strategies, or simply have a friendly chat if you just need someone to talk to.    I'm naturally quite introverted, but I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone and trying new things in my free time, whether it's learning piano🎹, dancing💃, studying new languages (Japanese🌸), drawing🎨, calligraphy✍️ or whisking matcha🍵. I believe growth comes from embracing new experiences, and I hope we can grow together throughout this journey!
