The International Youth and Students for Social Equality club aims to develop an international movement among students against militarism, war and social inequality. The IYSSE will hold regular forums to discuss the daily political analysis of the World Socialist Web Site, dealing with current political events, Marxist philosophy, economics, history and the arts in order to raise the level of political discussion on campus. The IYSSE aims to promote the intellectual traditions of classical Marxism associated with the names of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Luxemburg and Trotsky and to educate students in the history and principles of the Trotskyist movement - the International Committee of the Fourth International.

Western Sydney University Muslim Students’ Association (WSMSA) is the official representative body of Muslims on campus. WSMSA operates on a cross-campus level.

On the Parramatta campus, WSMSA aims to:

- Cater to the needs of Muslims on campus and foster an Islamic environment;

- Propogate Islam and its understanding, to both Muslims and non-Muslims

WSMSA Parramatta seeks to achieve these objectives through maintaining the prayer room for all Muslims to use, arranging both social and religious events, and breaking-down barriers between Muslims and non-Muslims. We also barrack for the provision of halal food for Muslims on campus, . These things, amongst many others, are done to accommodate the needs of Muslims on campus.

We also hold events and initiatives to promote Islam. These events focus on a variety of topics, from core Islamic matters central to every Muslim, to the controversial topics that flourish the headlines. Through this, we aim to educate Muslims and non-Muslims about Islam so that they may gain a sound and thorough understanding, as we seek to engage in intellectual discourse with all manner of other faiths.

We hope that WSMSA Parramatta can serve and assist the student population by engaging as a dynamic and creative student body on the basis of Islam.

The club's mission is to:
i. Facilitate engagement and discussion on international affairs and diplomacy among Western Sydney University students.
ii. Foster a supportive community for members to enhance their understanding of global issues and UN resolutions.
iii. Organize Model United Nations (MUN) conferences for students to discuss pressing global issues, draft resolutions and promote cross-disciplinary dialogue.
iv. Host workshops and seminars to cultivate diplomatic skills, develop public speaking and leadership skills.
v. Collaborate with other student clubs to address global challenges such as climate change, promote diplomacy, and advocate for peaceful conflict resolution.
